How we process your order (UK)

All goods are picked and despatched directly by SSTG to guarantee that you receive only the very best service.

Once you have placed your order and your payment has been cleared we are notified by PayPal. From this moment on we will handle every aspect of your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12:00 noon on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day with the exception of UK public holidays (with working days defined as Monday to Friday inclusive).

All deliveries unless otherwise notified will be dispatched for delivery by the Royal Mail's standard delivery service. For mainland UK this service usually provides for delivery within three working days.

Please note that we may split multiple product orders into separate packages for delivery if this will ensure safe carriage of your order.

Should for any reason a problem arises in delivering part or all of your order we will immediately notify you via email.

How much does it cost?

All orders over £ 50.00 are dispatched post free. Orders of £ 50.00 or under attract a standard post, packing and delivery charge of £ 5.00.

Our returns policy (UK)

If you wish to return your order, or individual items from it, please contact our Customer Services department by email at customer.services@sstgstore.com. to request a Returns Form. This will provide full information on how to return the goods and how we will refund your payment.

Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return.
